For over two hundred years, the superstition behind Witch Balls has traveled from England to New England. The magic of a Witch Ball is to ward off evil spirits, witch’s spells, and ill fortune by capturing them in the hollow interior. As the spirit is mesmerized by the ball’s color and reflection, it enters the ball and is caught by it’s weblike inside.
Our glass Witch Balls are made from recycled glass in the Carpathian Mountains; the land of superstition, old world mystery and storybook folklore. As the ball is molten hot, the glass is formed, the ball is rolled into colored glass granules to provide the design. With this process each of our Witch Balls are uniquely handcrafted and no two are alike. Let the magic of our Witch Balls decorate your home.
These beautiful hand blown glass ornaments are traditionally known as symbols of friendship. They sparkle in the light in the way a good friend brings sparkle into your life. The colors enhance each other just as the talents and personalities of your friends bring color and enhancement to your life. These balls have intriguing ripples and swirls that make them a delight to behold!
Please join Pixie Dust on Tuesday, July 15 as Lee Greenbaum, Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, and Michele Penn, award winning photographer of the book “Peace in the Present Moment”, offer a fundraising event to benefit The Women’s Resource Center.
Lee Greenbaum, Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie is offering individual 30 minute sessions of “The Work” for Love Donations from 11AM -5PM. The Work is a simple and profound process–a way to identify and question the stressful beliefs that cause us to suffer, a way to clear the mind and end the internal war. Lee has been doing The Work for over 15 years, has served as staff for the 9 day School for The Work, at Turnaround House (a 28 day residential immersion in The Work), at events with Byron Katie, as a mentor and trainer for the Institute for The Work, has facilitated The Work at Esalen Institute, and offers individual sessions and workshops. All session donations will go directly to WRC. Call Lee to schedule your session time – 941-313-6179 or email@example.com.
Meet Michele Penn, award winning photographer of the book Peace in the Present Moment, with quotes from both Byron Katie and Eckhart Tolle. Michele Penn’s breathtaking floral photographs add peace and a deep stillness to the wisdom of Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie. Michele’s close-up photos, which she likes to call floral “soul shots” are a symbol of enlightenment. Her attention to detail and her ability to capture the soul of the flower sets her apart and makes her work truly inspiring. Michele will be at Pixie Dust for a book signing from 1-4 PM, and is donating a percentage of book sales to WRC.
For questions about this event call Pixie Dust at 941-366-6325.
On June 3, from 11-6, Dr. Carla Goddard will be offering individual mini workshops at Pixie Dust on how to use the Healing Touch Pottery hand chakra therapy wands, karmic cord cutting and ancestral bowls. The only cost is the purchase of the bowl itself. Call to schedule in advance. Time is limited!
Check out our new yoga mats from Inspire Me Creations! They have been infused with centering and grounding energy.
The Vital Force Subtle Energy℠ infusing process is designed to enhance the properties of a substance, making it more powerful and work faster. This process changes substances on the subatomic level, changing the properties of that substance in ways that are predictable and controllable.
Through the use of specifically-arranged subatomic energy patterns, mundane substances can transformed into powerful compounds, and then infused into the yoga mats.
Each mat has a distinct border of words designed to elicit a particular feeling or create a certain energy field. They are luxurious at 1/4 inch thick, 74 inches long by 24 inches wide, extra sticky for great grip during your practice and infused with subtle energy. What can be better?
